Noam Band has over thirty years of managerial experience mainly in software companies. During 2013-2020, Mr. Band was the CEO and Chairman of Algomizer LTD a public company in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: ALMO), prior to that he was the CEO Dotomi (Acquired by ValueClick for 295MM), Mobillion and Timest.
Mr. Band started in the IDF Medical Corps as technology developer in 1988, and served for 22 years (both mandatory service and reserved forces). Mr. Band has a vast experience in leading Hi-Tech companies, private and public, and an impressive M&A experience in the global market. He is known for his success record of transitioning technology companies to successful ones. Mr. Band holds an MBA degree and BA in economics both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Shattner has more than 30 years of managerial experience in the global traditional and hi-tech industries. He has served as Director, CEO, CFO and EVP Sales & Marketing of leading international companies.
These include Nilit Ltd. (a global manufacturer of specialized textile yarns), Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS), Varicom communications, Telem Teufa and others. Mr. Shattner was one of the founders of PAnGO (international cellular parking leader). He is also a co-founder of Yoramos Ltd. and currently he serves as a Director of several companies. Mr. Shattner holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Shoshani is an expert in textile engineering. He brings over 30 years experience having served in key management and production roles in world-renowned companies.

Mr. Shoshani holds a degree in Textile Engineering from Leicester University (UK) and the Shenkar College of Engineering Design & Art (Israel).

Prof. Hasdai is the Cardiology Board-certified Director of the Coronary Care Unit at the Rabin Medical Center in Israel.
Prof. Hasdai attended medical school at Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem, graduating cum laude in 1989. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Beilinson Hospital, earning a Master in Internal Medicine at the School of Continuing Medical Education, Tel Aviv University and Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1994. He was an Interventional Cardiology Fellow at The Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in the Division of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Prof. Hasdai’s research and clinical interests include acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, and coronary interventions and physiology. He is a member of the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee of the European Society of Cardiology.
