Israel Schreiber has over twenty years of managerial experience in the medical device industry both in Israel and in the United States. During 2012-2017, Mr. Schreiber was the CEO of Ornim Medical LTD, and before that the CEO of ITGI Medical (symbol ITMD in TASE). From 1998 to 2009 Mr. Schreiber served as the CEO and President of Itamar Medical Ltd. (symbol ITMR in TASE), and President of its US subsidiary (Itamar Inc.) Israel has extensive successful record of transitioning companies to a well-recognized provider of innovative, diagnostic and monitoring systems for rapidly growing and proven clinical applications in multi-billion dollars markets.
Mr. Schreiber holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA degree, both from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.

Dr. Gary J. Sagiv brings to HealthWatch a nearly twenty-year track record of building and leading successful business programs for global diagnostic and biotechnology start-up companies. With a diverse and rich background in worldwide activities in the Medical Devices segment, Gary adds a broad base of commercialization expertise from responsibilities in marketing research, business development, marketing & sales and general management. In his senior management positions, he has initiated programs of international growth for the company, encompassing both pre and commercial sales; built and lead commercial teams globally and has conducted business in over 70 countries.
Gary holds a BA (Cum Laude) in International Law and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; MA degree in International Law and Economics from University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN, USA.

Mr. Shattner has more than 30 years of managerial experience in the global traditional and hi-tech industries. He has served as Director, CEO, CFO and EVP Sales & Marketing of leading international companies.
These include Nilit Ltd. (a global manufacturer of specialized textile yarns), Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS), Varicom communications, Telem Teufa and others. Mr. Shattner was one of the founders of PAnGO (international cellular parking leader). He is also a co-founder of Yoramos Ltd. and currently he serves as a Director of several companies. Mr. Shattner holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Ram brings more than 15 years of extensive multidisciplinary skills gained through years of experience at successful hi-tech and medical device companies. Prior to his current position as VP of R&D, Mr. Ram was the Director of Product Development at EndyMed Medical, and held several management and R&D positions at Zoran and Mellanox. Mr. Ram holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion – the Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Shoshani is an expert in textile engineering. He brings over 30 years experience having served in key management and production roles in world-renowned companies.
These include Nilit (a global manufacturer of specialized textile yarns), Delta-Galil (where he was Vice President of Global Strategic Development), Wellsense, Bagir, and Lodzia. Mr. Shoshani holds a degree in Textile Engineering from Leicester University (UK) and the Shenkar College of Engineering Design & Art (Israel).

Dr. Dagan is one of the up-and-coming stars in the field of biotechnology handling the complex role of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs for HealthWatch Ltd.
Dr. Dagan worked as a biotechnology researcher at Enzysurge as well as NMB Medical. She obtained her doctorate from Tel Aviv University in BioTechnology.

Prof. Hasdai is the Cardiology Board-certified Director of the Coronary Care Unit at the Rabin Medical Center in Israel.
Prof. Hasdai attended medical school at Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem, graduating cum laude in 1989. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Beilinson Hospital, earning a Master in Internal Medicine at the School of Continuing Medical Education, Tel Aviv University and Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1994. He was an Interventional Cardiology Fellow at The Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in the Division of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Prof. Hasdai’s research and clinical interests include acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, and coronary interventions and physiology. He is a member of the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee of the European Society of Cardiology.
