Dr. Romem has over 30 years of managerial experience in the global hi-tech industry where he has served as President, CEO and Chairman of international software companies.
These include Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS), ESI (acquired by Formula), Transtech (acquired by Formula), OmniVee (acquired by DVTel), and Profitect (a global VC-backed Enterprise Software company). He was one of the founders of PAnGO – International cellular parking leader where he serves as a Director. Dr. Romem served as the CIO (Unit 180 commander) of the Israeli Air Force at the rank of colonel. He holds a BSc Summa Cum Laude in Computer Sciences from the Technion and a PhD in Philosophy of Science from the Bar-Ilan University. Dr. Romem is a member of the Advisory Board of Computer Sciences in the Technion.

Mr. Shattner has more than 30 years of managerial experience in the global traditional and hi-tech industries. He has served as Director, CEO, CFO and EVP Sales & Marketing of leading international companies.
These include Nilit Ltd. (a global manufacturer of specialized textile yarns), Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS), Varicom communications, Telem Teufa and others. Mr. Shattner was one of the founders of PAnGO (international cellular parking leader). He is also a co-founder of Yoramos Ltd. and currently he serves as a Director of several companies. Mr. Shattner holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Dr. Tianhong Xu (Forest) is a partner of Virtus Inspire (VI-Ventures VC).
Dr. Xu’s life science experience spanned over 15 years as venture capitalist, UN officer, entrepreneur, research and clinical doctor. He focuses on investments in the medical device, biotech and healthcare service space. He was a Partner at WI Group and Vangoo Capital, responsible for medtech investment. Previously, he was a Medical Industry Expert for United Nations-Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), where he directed the upgradation of medical industrial clusters in China through investment promotion, technology transfer, and management consulting. He was co-founders of two gene-diagnosis and personalized medicine companies. Prior to that, he was a clinical doctor at Renji Hospital in China. He earned his PhD in Molecular and Human Genetics from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and MD from Fudan University, Shanghai, China.

Prof. Orenstein is an internationally recognized expert on the applications of lasers in medicine. For 12 years he served as co-chairman of the Israel Medical Association.
Prof. Orenstein was also the Israeli representative on the board of the World Medical Association for 15 years.

Dr. Rui Wu is a Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the China A-share listed company “Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.” (Yiling Pharmaceutical SZ.002603).
Dr. Wu is the former Deputy Manager of the Securities and Investment Affairs Department of Yiling Pharmaceutical Group, and holds a vast experience in security affairs and legal affairs.
Dr. Wu is an international law major from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China, and received her MBA in International Business Law from the University of East Anglia, UK.
